Toronto – June 27, 2011 – Employees seeking a brief relief from their bosses—horrible or otherwise—can enjoy a fun alternative to the water cooler on Wednesday, June 29. An ice cream cart will be parked from Noon to 2:00 PM at the corner of King Street and Bay Street in downtown Toronto to help celebrate the upcoming theatrical release of the comedy “Horrible Bosses”, offering free ice-cream treats for anyone who needs a time-out from their killer workday.
The first 50 people to arrive for their stress-soothing treat will also receive passes to an advance screening of the film and other special film-themed prizes.

The comedy “Horrible Bosses” stars Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis as three hapless workers who realize that the only way to make their daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust. Quitting is not an option so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and the dubious advice of a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers…permanently. But, even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them. Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey star as the unbearable bosses and Jamie Foxx as the plotters’ unlikely mentor. The main cast also includes Donald Sutherland and Julie Bowen.

“Horrible Bosses” is directed by Seth Gordon and produced by Brett Ratner and Jay Stern, from a screenplay by Michael Markowitz and John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein, story by Markowitz.
